From the beginning of the process of getting the house ready to list, his advice on “must-do” to just “suggestions” was spot on. His recommendation of the listing price was realistic and competitive. The house sold in a week, but unfortunately the buyer’s house fell out of escrow. Then the restrictions hit regarding COVID-19. During this downtime Dion was optimistic and was always in touch.
